• Share your own lived experience in ways that inspire hope and empowerment

• Support Indigenous youth and families with culturally grounded, trauma-informed care that respects and honours their traditions

• Assist clients with navigating benefits, entitlements, and services — and advocate for them when barriers arise

• Help bridge the gap between clients and community providers, ensuring no one falls through the cracks

• Maintain accurate, timely records and case notes using our electronic file system

• Educate team members on the real, lived experience of people with mental health conditions, disabilities, or substance use challenges

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle with a minimum of third-party liability insurance

Skills & Strengths:

• A warm, non-judgmental presence and genuine empathy
